- Log in to the system using an administrative login code. Once you are logged in, tap on the settings button at the top right of the screen.
- A drop down menu will appear. Tap on “Edit Settings…”.
- On the left side of the settings screen, tap on “Operators”.
- Then tap on the top right hand side button, “Edit”.
- Extra options will appear, allowing you to add and remove operators. Click on “Add new operator” at the bottom of the list.
- A new operator is created, and the edit screen is opened. Enter the operator’s name and assign them a login code. The login code must be unique. The operator’s name should typically be unique to avoid confusion.
- To continue editing operators, tap the “< Operators” button at the top of the screen, or tap the “Operators” category on the left menu. Either of these will return you to the operators list. You can repeat step 5 and 6 to add other new operators if you choose to tap on the “< Operators” button. However, if you choose to tap on the “Operators” category on the left menu, you will need to repeat step 4 to 6 to add new operators.
- When you are finished editing the settings, press “Save Edits” on the top left or tap the “Tables” button to save and exit the settings. You can also use “Save Edits” repeatedly during a long editing session to save your progress.
