- Log in to the system using an administrative login code. Once you are logged in, tap on the settings button at the top right of the screen.
- A drop down menu will appear, tap on “Edit Settings…”.
- Once you are in the new screen, tap on “Menu Profiles”.
- Then tap on the top right hand side button on the new screen, it’s called “Edit”.
- A new option will appear, tap on it to add new menu profile.
- You can now give the new profile a new name, in this case, Public-Holiday, by entering the desired name into the blank space next to “Menu Profile Name”. Please note that you can name it to anything you like, however, you should name the profile in a meaningful way that will help you identify the profile later on once you start having multiple profiles.
There are two ways to change the pricing, one is by manually change the price of each of the item or by giving a flat percentage across the board. In this example, we’ll focus on adding a flat percentage across the menu. To learn how to change the pricing for each of the item, please click here and follow step 10 to . - Tap on the blank space next to “Additional Percentage Surcharge” to enter the percentage surcharge to reflect your public holidays pricing.
- Scroll down on the same page to set the date that the profile will be active by tapping on the white circle next to the desired day. If you use this method to set the date, please keep in mind that the profile will be activate every week on the set day. You can turn it off by tapping on the white circle next to the day to deactivate it.
- Or you can set specific dates by using “Customise Dates” function.
- Once the new screen appears, to add new customise date, tap on “Add Custom Date”.
- A new custom date is now added, tap on it to set the date.
- A date window will appear and let you select the desire date, scroll through it to change the date. Once you are done, tap anywhere outside the window to close it. You can add new custom date by repeating step 10 to 12.
- When you are finished editing the settings, press “Save Edits” on the top left or tap the “Tables” button to save and exit the settings. You can also use “Save Edits” repeatedly during a long editing session to save your progress.
